What if you had to stand on trial and explain why you do what you do? That was certainly the case for Paul. He stood before King Agrippa and explained what Jesus had told him... "I [Jesus] am sending you to [the Gentiles] to open their eyes and turn them from darkness to light, and from the power of Satan to God, so that they may receive forgiveness of sins and a place among those who are sanctified by faith in me." You can't be the person God intended you to be as a lost person. When someone responds to the Gospel they receive forgiveness and are sanctified. * An email from a concerned mom asks for prayers for God to bring her children to faith in Him. * Once I knew I was sanctified I cried tears of joy. I thank the Lord for choosing me when all I had to offer was filthy rags.
