Jesus is the Truth

Have you seen the latest New York Times ad campaign? It’s a series of 19 statements about truth. Things they believe that characterizes their journalism in a world cluttered with fake news. The final four statements of the ad caught my attention. The truth is under attack The truth is worth defending The truth requires taking a stand The truth is more important than ever. These statements beg the question, what is the truth? Well, if you are a believer, you know the answer. Jesus is the truth. That is a hard reality for the world to accept. One they are pushing back against. But let’s not waver. Let’s take our stand on Christ and give a solid defense for the Gospel Because Jesus is more important than ever.
