The Kindest Act
Basic Gospel

My friend James is one of the kindest people I know. He fits the definition to a tee. He is sympathetic, friendly, gentle and tenderhearted. But where his kindness shines is in the good deeds he does for others. He rolls up his sleeves and gets into action to help people in their time of need. The Bible calls that love. As Paul wrote, “love is kind.” Here is the good news. God showed you kindness. He rolled up his sleeves and acted on your behalf. Listen to these words from Titus — but when the kindness and love of God our Savior appeared, He saved us… Your salvation is the kindest act that has ever been done for you. If you want to be kind to others like my friend James, remember the kindness you’ve received from God.
