All too often our prayers can center around ourselves, our loved ones, or those closest to us. The apostle Paul sets a radical example in that he prayed, often, for those he had never even met! We too should work to ensure our prayers are not self-centered but also include lifting up brothers and sisters in Christ, even though we may have no earthly relationship with them at all. It can begin by praying more for those in our church!1. Pray for others (v. 9)2. Pray for their “walk” (vs. 10-14) a. For “fruit” (v. 10b) b. For knowledge (v. 10c) c. For strength (v. 11) d. For gratitude (vs. 12-14)SONGSWhat A Beautiful Name #7068424 by B Fielding and B Ligertwood2016 Hillsong Music PublishingGreat Are You Lord #6460220 by J Ingram, L Jordan, & D Leonard2012 Open Hands MusicDo It Again #7067555 by C Brown, M Brock, M Redman, & S Furtick© Music by Elevation Worship PublishingLord I Need You #5925687 by D Carson, M Maher, C Nockels, J Reeves, & K Stanfill2011 worshiptogether.com songsBuild My Life #7070345 by B Younker, K Martin, K Kable, M Redman, & P Barrett© Said And Done Music
