A California Senate committee will soon consider ACR 99, the resolution that tells churches and counselors to no longer attempt to change “a person’s sexual orientation or gender identity,” because it's “ineffective, unethical and harmful.” Jonathan Keller, president of the California Family Council, joins me for an update.
