Hillary Clinton may have skirted criminal charges over her homebrew email server, but she'll still have to answer questions about it in a lawsuit filed against the State Department by Judicial Watch. What else has the foundation been able to uncover in its quest for transparency? I'll discuss it with Tom Fitton, president of Judicial Watch, as we talk about his new book, "Clean House." Plus: The U.S. Commission on Civil Rights is out with a new report putting civil-rights protections above religious liberty, with the commission’s chairman calling religious liberty and religious freedom “code words for discrimination, intolerance, racism, sexism, homophobia, Islamophobia and Christian supremacy!” Commission member Gail Heriot, professor of law at the University of San Diego, took issue with the findings, and she’ll join me to talk about it. That and more on Wednesday’s JANET MEFFERD TODAY.
