Plus: The U.S. Commission on Civil Rights is out with a new report putting civil-rights protections above religious liberty, with the commission’s chairman calling religious liberty and religious freedom “code words for discrimination, intolerance, racism, sexism, homophobia, Islamophobia and Christian supremacy!” Commission member Gail Heriot, professor of law at the University of San Diego, took issue with the findings, and she’ll join me to talk about it.
