RUF is the official college campus ministry of the Presbyterian Church in America. Les Newsom served as a campus minister for 17 years. In the summer of 2011, Les took a position as an Area Coordinator for RUF in Alabama, Mississippi, West Tennessee, and Arkansas. Serving 20 campuses as a coordinator, he continues to speak at conferences and churches throughout the region.
Les begins a series on the historic “order of salvation” (Lt. “ordo salutis”), a study we’re calling “Turning the Gem.” The jewel of our salvation is looked at each week in a different turning on each of the aspects in the Order. This morning, we look at the introduction to the history of the Ordo Salutis.
