Death, Burial, and Resurrection

The story of Christ is the most important story that has ever been lived out. This story changed the course of human history. This story changed your life when you came to know Him. Jesus had to die in order to be raised again so you and I could have life everlasting. Jesus willingly went the cross to fulfill the Old Covenant, to become the once for all sacrifice for sins. When he exclaimed "It is finished", his work was done. Because of the blood of Jesus, we now have the confidence to draw near to God with clean hearts. The death, burial, and resurrection of Christ Jesus is the Gospel. Because He lives, we live eternally. May the resurrection be a reality in your life today and every day.
