If you enjoyed this episode, please be sure to leave a review on iTunes!I wish I knew...4. You have nothing to prove. From birth, we want to be wanted by our Creator. You must learn to grow in the confidence of who God made you to be rather than who you’re not. Allow your uniqueness to shine and continue to be faithful to where God has called you to. 5. Ministry is full of peaks and valleys. We don’t need to get too high or low, we just need to stay faithful. It can be too easy to live in the week-to-week of ministry rather than looking at the bigger picture of how far your ministry has come over the course of a long period of time. 6. Leading your heart is the greatest challenge that you have had. The most difficult thing about leadership for Pastor Josh is figuring out how to stay pure in his motives and leading himself well enough to lead anyone else well. Quotes From This Episode:“Every desire we have can be traced back to a God-given desire.” - Josh Gagnon“If you want to prove anything to anyone, prove that you’ll be faithful to your God.” - Josh Gagnon“Wanting to impress your Heavenly Father is probably a spiritual thing that’s healthy, but the way we handle it is what gets us off track.” - Josh Gagnon“It’s wise to protect ourselves against the immediate when we know we’ve been called to this for the ultimate.” - Josh Gagnon
