He is a pastor at Embrace Church at 6 different locations in the Midwestern area. Growing up he never thought he would be called to ministry, but God had other plans in store for him. Takeaways for Leaders: Listen to God, listen to His words and learn who you are in Christ. He is always trying to reach out to you and to guide you. When God gives you something, instead of saying “what’s next?”, take that moment to worship Him, thank Him for what He has blessed you with. Don’t forget the Fruits of the Spirit. Everything you have you owe to God and what He has given you. Stay humble and willing to change yourself, there is always room to improve. Learn to have perspective on not sweating the small things. Be open to advice from others and be someone who is constantly wanting to learn new things. It takes time to get to where you are, and even more time to get to where you are now, to where God wants to take you. Everything is in God’s timing and not on your timing.
