Youth is a tremendous advantage in starting an organization when you have plenty of advisors. A youthful mindset + strategic help and advice = a powerful combination.What are some of the practices you have put in place as a leader to run fast, stay organized, and lead well?-Be both mentally and physically fit. -Make time for daily disciplines of wellness. -ALWAYS be learning.-Put your faith first. Strive for humility. People respect authenticity in leadership.Authenticity is extremely important in how you communicate your faith--especially in leadership.How do you measure success at New Story?Continuous improvement.The most important thing is that what we are doing is effective and is proving to be better than what’s existing.
