Leadership is about the people you are serving.A leader needs to be open to hear from other leaders, and then discern what that looks like for them.“Your staff is your most critical resource.” -Jenni CatronYour staff is going to reach far more people than you are going to individually. When you invest in your staff, you develop your entire church.-Be intentional about your staff time. Your team needs to be able to hear from you on a regular basis.-Spiritually invest in them.-Have a system of personal development for your staff.“Be simple, and be consistent.” -Jenni CatronEngagement is more important than creating crowds.Every person that is on your team is contributing to your organization's culture. Investing in someone is a lifelong endeavor. If a leader is not healthy, their team will not be healthy.“Be attentive to your health as a leader.” -Jenni CatronFind leaders who have a regular influence in your life to mentor you.If we are not well as leaders, we have nothing to pour into people.Find Jenni:The 4Sight Group-get4sight.com jenni@4sight.com
