When you resent your current positioning, you find that you remove yourself from the blessings to simply take it in. Teams that celebrate together win more together.Change allows you to take risks. A mutual delegation of trust is essential on a staff. There is never an abundance of negativity when there is an abundance of trust. For every negative situation, we aren’t just going to talk about it, we are going to find a solution for it. Create a culture that encourages feedback. If you are part of a team you are either a culture keeper or a culture sucker.
