The why establishes urgency, reason, purpose, passion, and a feeling of resilience. Great leaders are thinking about the decisions they’re making not because they want to grow an organization, but because they want to grow people. WHO:Who is your leadership going to affect? Who is responsible for making sure your decisions as a leader are being followed through? WHAT:What is a win? WHEN:Set a deadline. A leader that doesn’t give their teams deadlines is a leader that is running around with all loose ends. HOW MUCH:Define how much money, time, who is in charge of following up, and set a deadline.
