If the fletching is ripped off your arrow, that arrow is not going to go the direction you want it to go.Make sure your leaders are healthy. Check in with your leaders relationally. The heart of the archer has to know the ability of the arrow.Ask the question: “What can I do to better resource you?” The archer’s vision is essential to the arrow’s destination. If the archer can’t clearly see the destination, there’s no way that the arrow’s going to hit its desired destination. As a leader, look ahead for obstructions. The archer’s reach is increased by the arrow. As leaders, we can only get so far, but it’s those that we are letting go that can get further than we could ever get. It is those that are under your leadership that allow your reach to accomplish more than it ever could have without them. Leadership is all about leading people to accomplish goals that you could never accomplish with out them, and they could never accomplish without you. It takes an archer to release an arrow, but it takes an arrow to reach the bullseye.
