You’re only able to coast in downhill momentum if you’re willing to fight the uphill battle. The archer has to be willing to help the arrow fight to go uphill. The archer has to be willing to release the arrow in seasons of momentum. As the leader of your team, you need to set the momentum and know the condition of your team. Tension is always necessary for an arrow to gain momentum.Manage and embrace tension. The archer is responsible for checking the accuracy of the arrow. It’s not just your responsibility to release an arrow, it’s your responsibility to follow after the arrow to make sure that they’re hitting the mark. The archer has to release the arrow for it to accomplish its purpose. An arrow is created to accomplish a certain purpose.
