Lack of character. Leaders must be accountable to their own character. Many leaders may have the flexibility and freedom in the pace they work at, but if they want to stay fast, they have to have the character to work diligently even when no one is looking. 2. Lack of confidence. Don't be afraid of mistakes. Just don't make the same mistake and don't be afraid to celebrate mistakes and learn from them.Listen to part two next week!
