They have to finish with God and we have to wait at the finish line to help direct them and start their next race.” Some of us stay in the boat far too long and don’t allow our leaders to drive. We don’t stand at the shoreline and monitor the boat, we go into the house and trust that they can drive the boat themselves. As leaders, we’re trying to run someone else’s race.
