If the primary issue is that the guests don’t stick, then we have to step back and look at the hospitality atmosphere people are walking into. Sticking is the terminology we would use if a guest considers our church to be the church they attend. Just because your church’s experience is good isn’t enough to make someone want to stick around. The follow-up process is the important factor to make someone feel noticed and wanted. Content is good, but there needs to be a community piece to it. It takes constant evaluation. Evaluate everything so that it represents a welcoming community. Choose an engaging method that will speak to your church’s demographic.
