Faithful in Prayer

Be joyful in hope, patient in affliction, faithful in prayer" (Romans 12:12). What does it mean to be faithful or devoted to prayer? Because Christ is our life, because he lives in us, our prayer is a reflection of our relationship. This is actually a part of living out of the Gospel. Prayer is not based on works - it is solely about relationship. Our relationship with God and our relationship with others grows as a result of prayer. It focuses our attention on the initiator of faith - God.
