Forgive as the Lord forgave you

Forgive as the Lord forgave you. This is how you are to handle grievances in relationships, with the same forgiveness God has given you. It raises a great question. Do you know how the Lord forgave you? Paul wrote this to the Ephesians. In him, we have redemption through his blood, the forgiveness of sins, in accordance with the riches of God’s grace which he lavished on us. You are forgiven because of God’s grace. It was his once for all gift to you the moment you believed. You didn’t have to earn it, or beg or plead for forgiveness. It was wrapped up for you in Christ. So when someone wrongs you, extend the same gift of grace. Forgive as the Lord forgave you.
