His Word is Truth

One of the tenants of the Protestant Reformation was concerning authority. Who had ultimately authority concerning the Gospel. Jesus answered the importance of the Word of God in our lives as believers when he declared, "the Word of God is truth". We need to take our stand on the Bible as the one book of truth. Our emotions can be up and down and all over the place, but the Word anchors us to Jesus Christ. Jane asks about Romans 9:18 "So then he has mercy on whomever he wills, and he hardens whomever he wills."
