Interviews with Jack Phillips and Kristin Waggoner

Last week the Supreme Court heard oral arguments in Masterpiece Cakeshop vs. Colorado Civil Rights Commission. Back in 2014, Warren Cole Smith traveled to the Masterpiece Cakeshop near Denver to interview owner Jack Phillips, who had refused to design a specialty wedding cake for a same-sex wedding. Little did Phillips know back then that his case would head to the Supreme Court. In the second part of this podcast, we present an interview Warren did with Phillips just after the Supreme Court agreed to hear the case. Alliance Defending Freedom attorney Kristen Waggoner, who argued the case before the Court, joins in the interview.
