We're telling the Christmas story this week from eternity's perspective. Jesus was in the beginning. His coming was planned from before the creation of the world and came into effect at "just the right time". In Philippians 2:4-8 we find that Jesus humbled himself and became like one of us and was obedient even to his death on the cross. He is God and chose to become like us, to save us.
