The bigger the organization, the more likely you have people who perform tasks under you, when you really want to keep people inspired. It's easier to cast vision and get people excited about the future when you're small. To combat this, give your team members ownership and the freedom to dream alongside of you.2. Rallying behind what we don’t have rather than relying on what we do have. Think back to when your organization was young and didn't have much. Most likely, you had to rely on what you had because there was no other option. Now that the organization is larger, it can be easy to desire the things that you don't have, when the reality is that you were able to accomplish just as much, if not more, with what you had. Be on the lookout for part two coming next week!
