Joy

What’s the one word that comes to mind when you think of Christmas? For me, it is joy. That’s what the story of Christmas brings to human hearts. "Listen to the words of the angel to the Shepherds, I bring you good news that will cause great joy for all the people. Today in the town of David a Savior has been born to you, he is Christ the Lord." Jesus makes the heart glad. And that is so different from the fear, pain and sorrow that the world brings. Let me ask. Has the story of Christmas brought joy to your heart? Have you welcomed Jesus as your Savior? He was born for you, to forgive your sin and give you eternal life. And that’s cause for great joy.
