Kate Merrick is the cofounder of the Reality family of churches with her husband, Britt. There are currently nine Reality churches spanning from London, England to Honolulu, HI - with Kate planning for more locations on the way. She is the author of two books, And Still She Laughs and most recently, Here, Now. She is the mother of three children and lives near Santa Barbara, California with her family. “Leadership is authentic and honest.
