The apostle Paul was the greatest missionary the church has ever had, and in Acts 17:22-34 we see, in part, the reason why. Paul did not have one message that he simply repeated in each and every town he visited, but instead, he relates to his listeners drawing from their culture and understanding. Paul’s message at the Areopagus gives us all an example to embrace. 1. The message (vs. 22-31) a. Paul began with their concern (vs. 22-23) b. Paul introduced them to their creator (vs. 24-25) c. Paul explained the relationship (vs. 26-27) d. Paul identified their error (vs. 28-29) e. Paul called for repentance (vs. 30-31)2. The response (vs. 32-34)Songs:Great Things #7111321 by J Myrin & WickhamPhil Wickham Music, Simply Global Song, Sing My SongsHallelujah For The Cross #7107551 by B Glover, C McClarney & J Pardo9t One Songs, Ariose Music, Capitol CMG Genesis, Jesus Culture Music & Meaux Jeaux MusicCornerstone #6158927 by W B Bradbury, E Liljero, R Morgan, E Mote & J Myrin2011 Hillsong Music PublishingThe Solid Rock (Traditional) #25417 by W B Bradbury & E MotePublic DomainKing Of Kings #7127647 by B Ligertwood, J Ingram & S Ligertwood2018 Hillsong Music Publishing
