The Answer is Jesus

The world is in turmoil. From the devastating fires in California to events like the shooting in Thousand Oaks, people are reeling from the tragedy. Events like this cause us to evaluate what is important and, more importantly, what is lasting. The answer is Jesus Christ. He holds all things together. In the midst of what is happening, we can turn to Him and rely on Him to be with us. What would you say when someone says why would God allow the fires to happen?Does scripture intimate that God requires our prayers in order to accomplish His will?Is Hell everlasting torment in fire or something else completely?
