Trust Him to Answer

Tragically, many people are confused about how prayer works. Maybe you can identify with this person’s question. I don’t understand why some people think that when they pray for something and get it, it was because of their faith. And when they don’t get what they prayed for it was because of their lack of faith. Well this is the most common misconception about prayer… that if you have enough faith you’ll get anything you want from God. Well prayer is not a magic wand or a quick fix, it’s merely a conversation with God. So talk to him. Tell him about your fears, your pains, your desires, and dreams. And then trust him to answer according to his will and plan for your life. This is the kind of prayer that will help you experience the peace of God that passes understanding.
