Your Last Decade #4: Nick Runyon
The Happy Hour with Jamie Ivey
Published on 01/24/2020
As we enter this new decade, I thought it would be fun to talk to a few friends and reflect back on what life was like 10 years ago. In these conversations, you’ll hear guests speak about what God has done in their life, dreams, goals, things they would have differently, and things they’re most proud of. And, looking back always causes me to look forward, so we’ll also chat about dreams for the next ten years! Today I'm talking with Nick Runyon who, along with his wife Whitney, started The Archibald Project. Nick and I talk about his last decade which not only included quitting jobs to start the nonprofit organization, The Archibald Project, but also living in different countries and adopting three children as well. Nick and I talk about what he would have told his 25 year old self in 2010 as they faced so many life changes, and I know you'll love hearing his perspective! After hearing Nick reflect back on his last decade, two things I think you should do next are: subscribe to The Archibald Project's YouTube channel - I promise you their videos will literally ignite your soul, and check out their podcast: Around the World with The Archibald Project.
